Campus on Sunday. All transportation, hotel accommodations and meals are provided by BP. Volunteers will be provided with proper PPE to perform certain tasks.

Hotel accommodations are reserved for volunteers only; volunteers will be expected to share a room (double beds are provided); and rooming requests are accepted and honored to the best of our ability. Each volunteer will be given two volunteer shirts for the weekend. More details will be provided at the informational before ride weekend.

Bastrop High School, 1614 Chambers Street, Bastrop, Texas

Volunteers will participate in the following activities:
• Set-up lunch stop with tables, chairs, tents, signs and trash / recycling boxes
• Prepare and arrange food items, sports drink, and water on tables
• Keep inventory of supplies: ice, water, sports drink, snacks and fruit – communicate any needs to lunch stop manager
• Secure site when the last Team BP rider has passed through
• Facilitate clean-up and perform site check for any personal items left behind
• Assist with providing supply inventory count at end of day
• Excessive cheering to motivate the cyclists as they continue on with their journey
